Bertrand A. Zalinsky focuses on business, commercial and real estate law representing individuals and enterprises in both transactional and litigation contexts as part of his general practice of law. Having served as inside general counsel to a New Hampshire technology products and professional services firm, Bert is experienced in advocating and legal problem solving for clients in a diverse array of business matters, including entity formation, maintenance, restructuring and dissolution, from choice of entity to member/shareholder dispute resolution and business split ups, employment law, and commercial negotiation and disputes. Bert is an active member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Bert's practice also includes real estate & probate, real estate development, construction, and financing arrangements, representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, owners and other stakeholders in a variety of legal contexts including: commercial real estate purchases, sales, exchanges, and commercial leasing, subdivisions and condominiums, title and abutter issues, landlord-tenant, prescriptive easements, petitions to partition, mortgage foreclosures, developer/ condominium association /homeowner matters, mechanic's liens, construction issues, real estate tax abatements, and real estate broker issues.

Bert also represents business borrowers and individuals in loan restructuring and workouts, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, liquidations, and in bankruptcy proceedings.

Bert received his B.A. from Boston University in 1974, and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1980.
