John G. Cronin

John G. Cronin founded the firm in 1991, after practicing with the Manchester law firm formerly known as Cullity, Kelley & McDowell. Licensed to practice law in both the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, he maintains a diverse business and commercial counseling practice. He also provides assistance with real estate development, real estate tax abatements, insurance, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters.

John is a member of several associations, including the New Hampshire, Manchester and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association and the Apartment Association of New Hampshire. He is the current Chair of the Board of Directors of Catholic Medical Center and is also a past president and board member of the Apartment Association of New Hampshire. He has lectured to various professional groups on subjects related to taxation of real property and condominium association management, and has been an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and Franklin Pierce College. He also serves on a number of Boards of Directors for local organizations. John recently completed service as the "Attorney Member" of the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.

John received his B.S.B.A from Merrimack College in 1982, his M.B.A. from Anna Maria College in 1986, his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1989, and completed the Mediation Program at Northwestern University in 2017.
